Booking Policy

  • Minimum booking duration is 3 nights, except for charters booked within the next 4 weeks where 2-night bookings may be accepted. Contact management for help.
  • Weekend surcharge applies for arrivals or departures on Saturday or Sunday.
  • To secure your booking, a deposit of $337 is required at the time of booking (inclusive of 10% GST and 2% merchant card fee).
  • Final payment can be made via credit card or direct deposit. GST applies regardless of payment method.
  • An invoice for the final amount is emailed to you, with payment due 30 days prior to your charter.
  • For bookings made within the next 4 weeks, the final amount invoice is emailed promptly.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before your trip are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 4 weeks of your trip are eligible for a credit toward a future booking.
  • If we need to cancel due to weather or other unforeseen operational circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit.
  • No-shows are charged at the full booking amount.

No. A boat licence is not required. Our team provides a practical handover and briefing before departure.
